Overview
Leatherman's stripped-down multi-tool: seven tools rather than the eighteen of a Wave, in a skeletonised 420 stainless frame with a Cerakote finish, 142 g. The CX differs from the plain Skeletool in its blade, a 154CM stainless drop point hardened to 58-60 HRC with a PVD coating, and in carbon fibre handle inserts. The carabiner doubles as a bottle opener and as the clip.
