The Seeker is the bag you buy after a film-walled bladder splits in your pack. Welded TPU handles being sat on, kicked, and crammed against tent poles, it rolls down to nothing when empty, and the 42 mm thread mates directly with a Katadyn BeFree, which is the practical reason most people own one: it turns a squeeze filter into a camp water supply. Filling is the weak point. A 42 mm mouth is narrow for shallow, slow sources, so scooping from a two-inch seep means a cup and patience, where a slide-top bag simply opens wide. It is also not a gravity system out of the box; the filter cap or inline kit is a separate purchase, or you are hand-squeezing three liters. TPU carries a plastic taste for the first few uses and must be dried inverted or it develops a smell. And three liters is 3 kg hanging from one branch.
